This White Paper reports on our firm’s inquiry into unpacking the dimensions and layers of systemic bias as professionals in the realms of coaching, consulting, and education. Our view is that only by strengthening our personal mastery can we broach the most important, difficult, and defensive conversations that preserve our systemic bias. The level of self-work outlined and explored in this paper develop the personal mastery needed to withstand the reactiveness and defensive reasoning that will inevitably occur in unlearning systemic bias.

What is the experience of being? In this paper, we explore an inquiry into being: first by exploring an interdependent understanding of being and then by introducing 12 practices that support this new understanding of being.
